Acceptance makes life easier at any age. It’s just that it often takes us several decades to realize that. 😆 Of course, some folks never do. Acceptance seems like giving up, while resistance feels like keeping control. That’s the other difficult life lesson. We never really had control! As someone for whom control has been important, that continues to be a learning opportunity!
