And most people are not good at giving feedback. So, before loading everyone onto the train for a field trip to camp Radical Candor, people need to be trained on how to give feedback, need to understand about acknowledging and validating, need to understand what their triggers are, need to practice in a safe way, and need a process for doing it that everyone understands. That’s a lot, but otherwise things can go off the rails fast.
