Basic question: what does spirituality actually mean? That you believe in spirits, magic? It’s a serious question. I have considered myself to be spiritual rather than religious, but wait, what does that mean? I don’t believe in spirits or other primitive concepts.

Also, the author got a little too “ woke” here, bringing in too many contemporary social issues. I do appreciate him bringing in the concept of our shadow, which can either lead to horrible behaviors or a real 3 dimensional perspective on our psyche, depending on our level of awareness.

Finally, beware all gurus, ministers, or politicians who try to seduce you with some version of “truth”.
