Body weight should reflect a healthy way of being. It’s not the number or appearance that matters, but the mindset that creates the physical outcome. Healthy bodies can look very different. “Dieting” is a complete fallacy. It’s based on an unhealthy mindset (There’s something wrong with me that I need to fix), and thus does not address the underlying dysfunction.
