Dating at all ages is hard, because there is a lot of BS, unresolved psychological issues, and relationship scar tissue that we carry around with us. I was talking to my late-20s son and comparing notes about this, and it seems the issues we face in this realm are similar. After some time of being open minded and approaching dating with a sense of curiosity and adventure, I now dread meeting someone new and going through that process again.
