Ghosting proves that the other person was not a good fit. I was recently ghosted after two really interesting and engaging phone conversations. I realized that I was actually being interviewed the entire time. And the woman told me she was finding it difficult to be in a long term relationship. Yup.

I did not like any of the responses suggested in this article. The first one was kind of ok. How about, “I really enjoyed our ( interaction), but I’m not sensing the connection I am seeking. All the best to you.” Keep it simple and honest and don’t try to spare their feelings because you don’t know what they are feeling or why!
