Hate to burst your bubble, but this result does not mean that you have no plaque. A score of zero is good indeed, but the CT scan is looking for calcium in the blood vessel walls. That’s bad because it means there is plaque AND inflammation. That damages the vessel walls, which can lead to worse plaque and obstruction. So take the good news and stay committed to exercise and a healthy diet. They actually work, for a variety of diseases.
