I am pro vaccination, always wear a mask in public, etc., but other than the 2021 mortality data, the presentation of these data seem like throwing numbers together to support a point of view. People with different points of view do the same thing. At the end of the day, the only people who are convinced are those who already believe the story that the number cruncher is trying to tell.

That said, the mortality data should get people’s attention, except unvaccinated people really don’t believe there is a serious risk of them dying. That’s OTHER people’s problem.

Today we learned that Colin Powell died of Covid-19 complications. He was vaccinated. The virus is a m****rf****r! Not taking it seriously is a serious mistake!
