I still think the lymph nodes are where the real action happens. It’s probable that the liposomic mRNA gets into muscle cells at the injection site, but the recruitment of antigen processing cells and their delivery of expressed spike protein elements to lymphocytes in regional lymph nodes is probably where the magic happens. Regardless, it is fascinating.
