I suppose it all depends on what you are selling and who are your clients. The real problem that this article touches on is that people are losing interpersonal communication skills because most of their communication is by text. The more they lose, the less they want to do it and just wallow in their comfort zone. Companies that continue to make personal contact with their customers will probably have a leg up in those who lose that contact, unless everyone is replaced by robots. Robots with torn jeans and taco sauce on their ties!
