I was not a Ram Dass disciple, but he affected my life profoundly. I first heard him on a radio show in LA in the early 70’s when I was a teenager. I remember lying in bed on a Sunday night and listening to the most profound words I had ever heard. These were inherent truths about our human existence, and they catapulted my consciousness forever. We were all blessed that he was among us.
