I’m a big proponent of gratitude. I like the concept in this article of framing the past using gratitude. My last job had become a real drag in many ways, and I was very pleased to move on. However, my memories of the 15 years with that company are framed by the gratitude I have for many wonderful opportunities that I would never have had without being in that organization. In many ways it changed my life for the better. That’s what I prefer to think about.
