Interesting article. I believe you are on target about Harris and other Dems being out of touch with the majority of Americans. As I read the article and realized your San Francisco liberal bias ( we are all biased), I realized how much middle America must have been repulsed by their perception of the Progressive agenda. Seminars on White Privilege? F- off! DEI? Trump will put end to that BS! And a lot of it is BS. Blaming white people and making them feel guilty about the society they have created may feel good to some, but it’s a pretty ineffective political strategy. And even if that wasn’t Harris’ strategy per se, it was so easy to create that perception. As a result, all of the good things that liberals created for our society over the last several decades could disappear in a flash. How does THAT feel?
