Interesting, but this world that you imagine can never happen, for a very basic reason. The biological imperative is to reproduce one’s DNA, as well as related DNA. That is the essence of tribalism. In nature, propagation of DNA is a highly competitive endeavor. Yes, there are many examples of cooperation within and between species, but only when it serves the biological imperative. Exploding population, reduced resources, and an increasingly hostile climate will exacerbate competition for resources and propagation of one’s DNA. We all know where that’s headed.

Despite that gloomy assessment, though, any individual can do exactly as you suggest. We all have that power, and it’s probably the only real power that we have. Perhaps we can even build communities around that practice. But the world? Uh uh.
