Interesting information, but I don’t believe that you actually answered the question in the title. I recently met up with a very nice lady, and we seemed to have a lot of common interests and shared viewpoints. I thought, “ Wow, she seems great.” But I didn’t feel it. Something was missing. After a lot of consideration, including interrogating my own attachment style, I gathered that she wasn’t that interested in me or was being emotionally distant and protective ( she shared a bad relationship outcome with me). Ultimately it does not matter, but I was hoping that your article would give me some insights.
