It strikes me that your suggestions about exercise, yoga, and nutrition make complete sense, but that they are treating symptoms, rather than getting to the root cause of one’s anxiety. I believe that some people are genetically wired to have a more sensitive and reactive sympathetic response to situations, but there are still subconscious memories stored away that get triggered to activate one’s self protective responses. I’m sure that you have tried many, many things to improve your situation, but I just wanted to mention this. Wishing you the best.
BTW, refined carbohydrates cause my daughter to have seizures, so I know that they can adversely affect the brain in many ways.
