It’s called our Shadow, coined by Karl Jung. We all have it, those societal taboo thoughts and biases , ranging from racism to girls aren’t good at math.

We are now living in a time when our collective Shadow is being unconsciously expressed, around the world, really. That never goes well. What appears to be massive ignorance among our society is really massive unconsciousness. That unleashes Shadow energy that has been bottled up for decades.

Trump, Putin, Xi and the like are just avatars of our Shadow, and understanding the magnitude of the situation IS cause for alarm.
