Lack of integrity is pervasive, maybe even the norm. Integrity literally, from its Latin origin, means whole. We all become fragmented, to some extent, early in life. This persists, magnifies, and manifests in many harmful ways. Putting the pieces back together is the most important work we can do, and also the most difficult.
