Move on! You deserve to be free of your emotional pain. Fear associated with uncertainty keeps you shackled to your current situation. You’ll be fine, eventually. Please do seek help through therapy. Not just for your current pain, but to uncover and release the energy knots from early emotional traumas. These keep us stuck in a negative mindset and behavior loops that keep perpetuating our emotional distress. Freeing ourselves from these is the best thing we can do for ourselves. It’s amazing, actually. Best wishes.
