Of course, the old adage “garbage in, garbage out” applies to these data. Lots of numbers, but none seem to merit the designation of “fact”. That’s not a critique of any conclusion of yours, but based on what you have shown to be real challenges to get at the facts. That also includes the different pathogenicity of different covid variants, biological risk factors, and environmental risk factors.

An accurate estimate of the prevalence of long covid does matter, because this can drive funding to support research and the care of affected persons.
