No, the warm and wet environments make STUDYING quantum phenomena difficult. Particles do behave differently at super cold temperatures, but most particles do not exist at super cold temperatures. So, why would quantum mechanics even exist only in certain conditions? Makes no sense. In time, scientists will figure out how to study such things in biological systems.
