Ok, so you don’t like Jeff Bezos and Americans. What is your solution, and how does it get paid for? If we take all of Bezos’ Amazon shares, we could give one share each to 33 million people. So what? The situation is not just that there is a wealth disparity. The Problem is that the ability of people to create a modest amount of wealth, even to have a 6 month cushion, has diminished. A greater percentage of people are living crappy paycheck to crappy paycheck, with no visibility of greater opportunity. That’s what we need more of, not just redistributing wealth. But if we can’t create more opportunities, then at least basic needs like health care should be available to low income people. Trump did not create more opportunities as he promised, but he kept taking away health care. He made the rich more rich, while bragging about all the new jobs being created. The thing is, most of these were crappy paying service jobs.

My point was, and is, that people heard Bernie’s rants ( my opinion), and believed he would target their hard earned savings, not just Jeff Bezos. And I think that was a legitimate concern. Assuming That a Biden victory would lead to that makes no sense, but fear and sense have no connection.
