One of the best statements on leadership that I have read. Leadership “experts” spew out all sorts of aphorisms and platitudes, but this statement really gets to the crux of leadership.

Your humility and openness to sharing a situation in which you might have felt some degree of shame is admirable. Leaders aren’t perfect, and good leaders can acknowledge that even when it feels bad. Kudos!
