Thanks for sharing this. I hadn’t heard about Ferroptosis, and just a few Google searches led me to some fascinating articles, especially the association of Ferroptosis and obesity. No wonder obesity is such a risk factor for complicated Covid. Iron metabolism and regulation is highly complex and has many genetic/diet/lifestyle/disease interactions and implications. Thus is a very important area of research!
