There’s no sense in denying our ego and how our mind puts us at the center of our own universe. That’s just neurophysiology. What I love about this explanation of karma is that we can use the same incredible power of our brain to create a mindset and perception that is based on love and joy rather than fear. We have the power to create our reality, which is both a gift and an enormous responsibility.
