These are excellent points for operating in a stressful environment. However, one is best served by differentiating how one responds in a stressful situation from having a stress mindset. That is a tricky balancing act, particularly for those who train to be in highly stressful situations. Quite often, people get sucked into a “ what’s wrong” mindset, which becomes the way they see the world. One manifestation of that is silos, trusting only those who are in our particular silo. This happens in all organizations, and it is generally detrimental.
