This is a great article. So spot on in many ways. This point, though, is easier said than done, especially during the pandemic! I found solace in a somewhat unexpected place: caring for my disabled daughter. Since the pandemic began, this has been a full time endeavor, and it has helped me get grounded and focused on what matters. As the song says, you can’t always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you need.
