This is not likely, and the point is to suppress nonspecific inflammation that can accompany vaccination. Medical experts have advised to go ahead and take ibuprofen with a covid vaccination.
You emphasize mRNA and DNA vaccines, but what about other coronavirus vaccines, like subunit vaccines, killed vaccines, etc. Forget the adenovirus vectored vaccines. We know they cause issues with clotting homeostasis. The question for me is, how much is it the platform or the coronavirus antigen expression that triggers the inflammation? Yes, these are intertwined, but what would an mRNA influenza or RSV vaccine evoke, insofar as nonspecific inflammation? Viral (canarypox) vectored influenza and West Nile virus vaccines in horses are quite safe and don’t seem to have much in the way of side effects, other than injection site reactions. They also offer rapid protection, as one would expect with this method of presenting antigens to the immune system.
The mRNA platform seems to be ideal for the Covid-19 virus, which is a really nasty virus in humans.
Thanks for your delving into these issues! It’s very valuable.
