This isn’t psychological safety. If there truly was psychological safety, people could freely give feedback. The key is to not make it personal. Instead of, “I disagree with you”, or “Your proposal won’t work”, one can say,”I have another perspective on that I would like to share.”

In this example, it sounds more like the mindset where everyone gets a trophy for participating.

BTW, I have yet to see an organization where psychological safety is a problem. They are usually miles from that!
