This seems like a very “generous” interpretation of quantum physics, in order to fit a personal philosophy. For one, the observer effect really is at the particle level and refers to the spin orientation of that particle. Demonstrating this effect on a macro level, at temperatures above absolute zero, has proven challenging. It seems that consciousness requires some energy transfer across cell membranes in living systems. Anesthetics can block this. This gets to the source of that energy. Is it purely within the organism, or does it have an external origin? That’s what makes it such a fun and controversial topic.
