This seems to be conflating immaturity and self-centeredness with privilege and race. Neither require privilege and both can be found in people of all races. Also, privilege and Caucasianness don’t inevitably lead to these behaviors. Of, course, they can and do, but I believe we should use labels more carefully. Otherwise, we just devolve into stereotypes.
