Unfortunately, this article reads as political rhetoric, rather than a scientific discourse. That in itself makes its credibility suspect. Also, the referenced scientific paper is a preprint and not peer reviewed.
The fact is that in many cases natural immunity IS equal to or superior to vaccine immunity. However, with Covid that is not always the case. Also, Covid has been with us for 17 months, and one would expect immunity to wane in those having been infected last year. Furthermore, what is the duration and variability of CMI post infection? Finally, there is no cost effective way to measure the durability of immunity post infection in large numbers of individuals. I imagine that these and other points were considered in forming the policy. Calling Fauci and others liars doesn’t get us any closer to the truth. It just makes it more difficult to listen to other perspectives.
