While quite interesting, it seems that more needs to be studied to determine if political neurodivergence is cause or effect. Neuroplasticity allows our brains to adapt to our experiences, and this would be particularly interesting to explore in the Hispanic community, which to your point has shown the greatest political migration recently.
I also believe that your suggested solutions are a bit of preaching to the choir, in that they are most appealing to the intellectually inclined.
The real problem, it seems, is that the Right has gone all in with their extremists. Any non-MAGA Republican could forget about winning primaries in 2024. This is less true with Democrats, probably because in most cases far left ideologies have already been repudiated to a large extent. Hopefully, this will be replicated on the Right.
