Wait a minute! You cannot accurately make this conclusion. Even trace amounts of mRNA vaccine in the brain could elicit an unwanted immune response in some cases. Dr. Ulm was correct in bringing this concern to light. It does not mean it will happen, but the data you share do not mean it won’t happen. Making speculative conclusions seems to be quite popular these days, but until we know, we don’t know.

By the way, I have chosen to receive the Pfizer mRNA vaccine three times, being fully aware of the discussion about the distribution of the vaccine in the body. The risk of getting messed up by COVID-19 is far worse than the theoretical risks.
