We use ketamine to “anesthetize” cats to castrate them. The cats are totally whacked out, and do not perceive pain during the procedure. I could not imagine taking ketamine after seeing these cats. Plus, I’d like to keep my “boys”.

BTW, it may sound weird to use this in cats ( horses too!), but it’s way safer than a lot of anesthetics.

There’s a lot of reasons to doubt Musk’s judgment. This is another one.
