Shame on you for stirring that pot and not being able to comprehend a Democrat who is not a weeping liberal. I agree that Sinema seems kind of weird at times, but she also was instrumental in brokering a bipartisan infrastructure bill in the Senate. Her opposition to abolishing the filibuster makes complete sense when you realize that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Meaning, when there is a Republican Senate majority with a Republican president, you’ll want that filibuster power.

Arizona can go red in a heartbeat, and Democrats here should not lose sight of that. Sinema, though, does need to mend fences, because any splintering of Democrats will hand her seat over to Republicans.

Democrats won the last two Senate seats because their opponent in both races (same person) was inherently unlikable and untrustworthy. She lied all the time. That means that it is those of us in middle who can swing the elections. So Democratic candidates can’t get too liberal here. The liberals need to grow up and understand that!
