Wow! So many insights and so spot on. Thank you for sharing your journey. No one deserves to be unloved by a parent, and one should never try to dismiss the emotional trauma it caused. This is true for all emotional traumas. Of course, because these are so painful, we bury them as deeply as possible. Which gives them the opportunity to wreak havoc with us unchecked. Psychotherapy is all about dredging these up so we can face them and heal the emotional wounds. You accomplished this through meditation and allowing the anger to have a voice.
