I will get a booster vaccine, but I wonder whether the mRNA platform is best suited for this purpose in the long run? I would think that a properly updated subunit vaccine would do the job as a booster. It would deliver relevant antigen to macrophages in regional lymph nodes, which would kick in the anamnestic response, without having cells all over the body presenting spike protein to the immune system as a cry for help.
