Yes indeed! Most people feel intimidated sharing drawings with colleagues, because very few of us draw well. So, I have used a quick warmup to get people over their artistic anxiety. I have found that drawings are powerful, because they tell the truth! People can choose words carefully, because they have years of practice doing so. Not so with pictures, however, thus the truth comes out.
