Yes, the lower dose may induce less anti-vector immunity, but then what is the long game for this vaccine? Should people get revaccinated the following year with a different vaccine? The onus is on Astra to figure this out. Thankfully the finding was serendipitous, but this is an example of hurrying the process, albeit justifiably.
