You pretty much nailed it!

Full disclosure, his books were a great starting point for me, restarting actually. They got me thinking outside of the confines of my narrow mindset. But his writings are not the destination. How could they be?! I am grateful for his writings, as cliched as they might be, because they started me on a oath that has been, and continues to be, enlightening. Not enlightenment. That seems to be a spiritual conceit. don’t think we ever are meant to reach the destination, or terminus. That would take all the fun out of it, especially the difficult parts!
